1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).
Custom or made-to-order products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
