2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your delivery.

6. FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
